About Euless
Euless is conveniently located in Tarrant County between Fort Worth and Dallas. Approximately 48,000 people enjoy its subtropical climate consisting of mild winters and hot summers. Euless is minutes away from five major highways, the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and railroad stations including Amtrak. More than 130 freight carriers serve Euless as well. Euless residents enjoy outstanding recreational facilities with about 16 parks, three outdoor pools, three public golf courses and one recreation center located right in town. The Texas Star Sports Center houses the town’s biggest park, the 120-acre Parks at Texas Star, which features ball fields, a soccer field, sand volleyball courts, batting cages, a pavilion and a playground. A 287-acre, 18-hole golf course is also located at the sports center. In addition to enjoying Euless’ own attractions and parks, locals can venture to Forth Worth and Dallas for more adventure and entertainment at its malls, lakes, zoos and sports arenas. The Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge, located east of town, is home to native wildlife including buffalo and white-tailed deer. About 25 miles of trails wind throughout the approximately 3,500-acre park. The Hurst-Euless-Bedford School District offers education at approximately 18 elementary, five middle and two high schools. Many area colleges and universities, including Texas Christian University, University of Dallas and University of Texas, serve post-secondary students. Real estate in Euless is affordable, with single-family homes and a few condominiums and townhouses available.
